I love agave
I'm not much of a fan of honey, so I do not consider this a "vegan honey substitute". Diabetes runs in my family, so I have to be careful. So far I haven't had any problems with my blood sugar levels, but to be sure I try and limit the amount of sugar I use daily. I use agave in my coffee every morning, and every now and then to bake with. It tastes AWESOME. That's really all you need to know.
So far, I've found that the Sohgave! Light Agave 46 ounce bottle is the best "bang for your buck" agave out there. Good quality in a nice large bottle!

I founds some at TJ Maxx and am thrilled to see it's available at other stores as well. This stuff is just great please don't discontinue it.
Amazing Product!
This is the best tasting agave that I have found. It has a sweet, slightly floral but clean taste. It doesn't make you crash and burn either like sugar can. I love it in coffee, especially Green Mountain Coffee, Double Black Diamond, K-Cup Portion Pack for Keurig K-Cup Brewers (Pack of 50)!
