Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:
- unsalted butter - 6 tablespoons at room temperature
- cream cheese - 1, 8OZ package at room temperature
- agave nectar (Sohgave! Light) - 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
Instructions:
- Cream together butter and cream cheese
- Add agave nectar and vanilla and beat well until creamy
- Refrigerate frosting for about ½ hour to thicken (if needed) before frosting cake
- Spread frosting in center of the two layers and over entire cake
- Sprinkle with coconut, if desired
